All items packed in a picnic basket & woven boxes for easy transportation. 

A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking along with a bond of $200, with the balance payable 7 days prior to the party date.

We accept bank deposits and cash. Cash payments are accepted upon pick-up/delivery of items, however the bond and deposit will still be required as a bank transfer.

Your bond will be returned in full to your bank account, provided all items are returned and are undamaged. Please refer to the Terms & Conditions (provided at time of booking) for full details.

Bookings may be cancelled with a full refund up to 1 week prior to the start date of the hire. The full 20% deposit will be kept if cancelled within 1 week of agreed delivery/collection.

We are located in Woodend and service the Macedon Ranges and surrounding towns, including as far north as Castlemaine, east to Kilmore, south to Sunbury, and west to Daylesford.

Free delivery/pick-up is available within Woodend. For areas within a 25km radius, delivery/pick-up is available for a $20 flat fee. At this stage we are unable to offer delivery for areas beyond this radius, however pick-up/drop-off in Woodend is available for all customers.

Full cleaning of package items is included in the hire terms, however, the items need to be returned dry and free of food.

Wooden plates, bowls, or platters are not to be submerged in water. Food remnants are to be wiped off and dry before packing away.

For parties that fall over the weekend, hire times are from Friday to Monday. Sunday drop-off can also be organised for Saturday parties.

For parties during the week, hire times are the day before the party to the day after.
