How do I book a package?

You can either fill out the online enquiry form, send an email to hello@consciouskidspartyhire.com.au or call Nicola on 0423 555 985. Tell us a little about what you are looking for, including any party dates and we will be in touch shortly.

Do you deliver?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we offer free delivery/pick up within Woodend, and a flat fee of $20 for areas within a 25km radius from our office in Woodend. At this stage we are unable to offer delivery for areas beyond this radius, however pick up/drop off in Woodend is available for all customers.

Question 3

What areas do you service?

We service the Macedon Ranges and surrounding towns, including as far north as Castlemaine, east to Kilmore, south to Sunbury, and west to Daylesford.

Question 4

What is your hire period?

Accepted Answer

For parties that fall over the weekend, hire times are from Friday to Monday. Sunday drop off can also be organised for Saturday parties.

For parties during the week, hire times are the day before the party to the day after.

Question 5

Do we need to clean items before we return them?

Accepted Answer

Full cleaning of package items is included in the hire terms, however, the items need to be returned dry and free of food.

Wooden plates, bowls, or platters are not to be submerged in water. Food remnants are to be wiped off and dry before packing away.

Do you have chairs & tables for hire?

While we hope to soon, at this stage we don't offer children's table & chair hire, however we can recommend some local hire businesses that can assist.

Question 7

How do I add party favours to my booking?

At the time of your booking or enquiry, please let us know if you are interested in purchasing any party favours. These items will be included on your invoice.

Question 8

What payments do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept bank deposits and cash. Cash payments are accepted upon pick-up/delivery of items, however the bond and deposit will still be required as a bank transfer.

Question 9

Do you charge a bond?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we require a bond at the time of booking. The bond amount is dependent on your selected package. Your bond will be returned in full as long as all items are accounted for, on time and undamaged.
